RQ - Readiness Quotient

Today’s lecture was quite informative specially presentation on Readiness Quotient. The equation IQ+EQ=RQ was impressive. In addition sir, Wali has modified the equation by adding the challenge and equation become IQ+EQ+challenge=RQ, which is logical in the term that quotient is also measure or degree of some thing tangible or intangible. Without a degree of challenge the degree of RQ can not be measured because without the element of challenge leader’s readiness can not be measured.
